My daughter's first Mother's Day and the link from her baby son was a wonderful surprise that she will always treasure

To whom it may concern. The mother son link is stunning. It was disappointing not to receive the gift that went with it. I assumed the Mothers day gift would be automatically included. This was unfortunately not the case. I did attempt to insert "Freegift' into the comment box, but the order form did not allow me to insert it. I placed the order in spite of that assuming dispatch would realise it was a mothers' day gift. In future if a free gift is advertised and the client orders that specific link to the value stated, it should automatically be included. Client services did respond to say unfortunately there were no more gifts available. I do thank them for responding so quickly.
