Simply select the item you’d like to purchase and click “ADD TO CART”. Click “VIEW CART” and a page will appear where you can review your order, add any notes and any discount codes. Please read the terms and conditions and tick the box, the click on the CHECKOUT button. You can now insert your billing and shipping details. Follow the checkout instructions provided and click on PROCEED TO SHIPPING. Review the information and click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT. Select your payment method and click COMPLETE ORDER. You will then be transferred to a payment page, where you will enter your payment details and finalise the order. Once the payment is complete, you will see an "order successful" page, and will be emailed a copy of your order.

Kindly double-check that the details you’ve submitted are correct. For credit card payments, make sure that the expiration date, billing address, and 3-digit code on the back of your card have been entered correctly. It’s possible that the payment was blocked by your bank. Please contact them for further details. Promotions, or Promo Codes, provide you with discounts on your online purchases. To receive your discount, insert the Promo Code in the appropriate field during checkout. You will immediately see the discount applied to your total order. Only one Promo Code can be used per order. Some restrictions may apply regarding the validity period, product category, and/or purchase order minimums. Any and all restrictions will be stated in the promotion. Promos which reduce an item’s price can’t be used on products which have already been discounted.

All items in stock will be dispatched within 7-10 business days of receiving a cleared payment for the order. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or refund your purchase.

All Nomination jewellery comes in our signature Nomination packaging, which also contains our warranty. You can add a gift card during checkout.
Individual Composable bracelet Links are shipped as a maximum of 3 Links per box.
Product-specific packaging is provided, taking into account each product’s characteristics and shipping requirements.

As the official South African distributor for Nomination Italy, we guarantee the authenticity of every product we sell. Please be aware of many fakes and grey Nomination products on the market. For any further information please visit the Treger Group website.

We ship all over South Africa, as well as Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe.

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in South Africa for all orders over R750.
For orders that are below R750, there is a flat fee of R70.

As soon as a courier partner has been assigned to your order, and has been scanned into their hub, you will be sent a shipping notification email with a tracking link which you can track online.

Although we do our best to ensure our stock levels are always accurate, there are instances where they are unable to locate an item in the warehouse. If this happens you will be contacted by our customer service agent to choose a substitute product, or alternatively you may choose to be refunded.

All orders, with the exception of earrings, can be returned within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the item is unused and in the same condition as receiving it. The shipping costs for returning the items are for the customer’s account.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts, for reasons not due to Nomination’s error, will not be accepted.

If an item purchased from us needs to be repaired, you are welcome to send the item to the Nomination Head Office. It will then be sent to our in-house jewellery and watch repair workshop. This process may take up to 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the repair. Please refer to our shipping section for details of where the item needs to be sent (shipping fees are for the customer’s account).

Some of Nomination’s Links can be engraved, and this feature is noted in their Product Details. However we don't have the facility to do the engraving in South Africa. Engraved links can be ordered from the factory in Italy however they could take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Please contact us on together with the product code or URL of the item you would like engraved.

All Nomination jewellery comes with an internationally recognised 2-year guarantee that covers manufacturing defects. The guarantee is date stamped and placed together with the item inside our signature packaging. In order to take advantage of the guarantee, you must present both the receipt showing the date of purchase and the guarantee certificate, which has been date stamped and signed by Nomination. Please retain your receipt/invoice or pass it on to the gift recipient.
The manufacturer’s guarantee does not cover rhodium-plated and gold-plated items, nor does it cover accidental gemstone breakage. Loss of colour due to improper use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, or oxidation is not covered by the warranty.

Due to Nomination's international policy, a base link cannot be purchased individually, but rather as part of a bracelet. The minumum base links to be purchased is 13. A picture link must also be purchased in order for a base bracelet to be purchased.
