Unfortunately, I had to unwrap the gift because all three charms I purchased was placed on the free bracelet that came with my purchase. I gave specific instructions on which charms (two flags) to put on the free bracelet and the one charm (teacher) to be packaged separately. When the package arrived there was only one item wrapped and thankfully I unwrapped it before gifting it because the teacher charm was for a separate bracelet. A bit inconvenient now as I have to find a store to remove the link and rewrap it. Please take note of the instructions for gift wrapping next time. Thank you!

I have ordered from your online shop many times and i have always received my order within a couple of days, no problems or delays.

This last order which was a gift which I ordered well in advance had not been delivered by the beginning if the week and I needed the gift by the Friday .
After many calls to your advitised on line store number, no one answers which is rather frustrating. Therefore sent emails with no response.
I eventually phoned your branch at Clearwater and spoke to a lovely and helpful lady who explained that they are not involved with the online store, but took my details and said she would try contact the online store and explain my story to them.
I still did not receive anything from the online store....no call, no email, no apology or information. The next day I got a message from The Courier Guy to say they have received my parcel and would be delivered the next day.
True to their word and to my delight The Courier Guy delivered mu order the next morning.
Although I did finally receive the gift I had ordered before the Friday that i needed it by, I today have still never had any follow up communication a call, email or apology from the online store.
This was very disappointing and am unsure if I will use your unreliable service again.
Obviously it was supposed to be an easier ordering option for me as to get away from work to get to a store is not always possible.
I do alot of my ordering from online stores, pretty much like most people do these days, but as mentioned, I don't think I will order from your online store in the future after the unreliable service I received.
Perhaps you could ensure that you have a person that answers your phone number and maybe even responds to your clients emails!
As much as I love collecting your beautiful charms, I am still very disappointed!
