I was a little disappointed in the packaging though. My bracelet and charms arrived in a pouch which was not nearly as professional as the beautiful branded box that the bracelet came in with my first purchase. I was also provided with a smaller box for the charms when I bought from jeweller ...

the only complaint i have is the 2 inks were for different people and the free bracelet for another person.
you then attached both links on the gift bracelet when i marked do not attach - so instead of having your usual little gifting pack per link i only have 1 and the links attached to another gift.

Ordered this for a gift through an online purchase. Connecting with customer service was not easy and responses were automated and took considerable time which is not ideal as I was travelling and the items to longer to deliver than original commitment. The bracelet is smooth and doesn’t nick my skin or snag on anything. One thing - getting the links on and off is tricky in the beginning, even with the tool. If Nomindation could add a more detailed instructions video using the tool, that would be great!
